Drill gear

Gear that belongs to the clinic

Fins, pull buoys and kickboards isolate one part of a stroke so a swimmer can feel it. The coach hands them out for a drill and collects them after.

  • Kickboards for kick drills

  • Pull buoys for the arm pull

  • Fins for body position and the dolphin kick
