Photos of your child
We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, on this site, in newsletters or on social media, and you can change your answer at any time. We never put a child's name with a photo, and the photos on this site are examples until we replace them with our own.
In the pool, and watching
A coach is on the deck or in the water with every group, and the pool's own lifeguard is on duty during our clinics. A parent or guardian stays on site during every clinic and watches from the bleachers. Clinics are no substitute for adult supervision.
What to wear and bring
A swimsuit or a swim shirt, whichever your swimmer likes. Bring a cap, goggles, a towel and a water bottle, and tie long hair back. Kickboards, fins and pull buoys are ours.
Watching a clinic
Parents, brothers, sisters and friends are welcome in the bleachers. Please keep them back from the edge of the pool and keep strollers, bikes and bags out of the walkways.
When to keep your child home
Please keep your swimmer home with a fever, a stomach bug or anything that spreads, and tell us so we can offer a make-up clinic.
Closures for weather and holidays
We text families when a pool closes for weather, repairs or a holiday. A clinic missed because a pool was closed is made up in the same session.
Absences and late arrival
Tell us by text or a call if your swimmer will miss a clinic or arrive late. A swimmer who arrives after warm-up joins the group at the next drill.
Screens and phones
Please keep phones away from the water's edge. Photos of other families' swimmers are not allowed on the deck.
