How pricing works
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on the clinic, the level and how many clinics a swimmer takes in a session. A clinic runs six weeks, and its days and hours are shown with it. Our figures are on the enrollment page, and we are glad to talk them through by phone.
Registration
A yearly registration covers your swimmer's file and the level check. It is due when you register for the first clinic, and it is once a year.
Holding a place
Your first payment holds a place in a clinic. When a clinic is full we keep a waitlist, offer places in the order families asked and call or text the day one opens. If the level check puts your swimmer in a different clinic, we move the place.
Billing
Tuition is billed by session through the portal, with autopay if you like. The portal shows what is due before it is billed.
Ask us whether assistance is open this session. We keep places for families who need help, and we handle each request privately.
Siblings
A second swimmer in the family is handled differently from the first. Ask us when you register.
Missed classes and make-ups
A missed clinic can be made up at another evening of the same clinic in the same session, space allowing. When a pool closes for weather or repairs, the clinic is made up too, and illness is handled the same way. Tell us as early as you can.
Uniforms, costumes and other costs
Kickboards, fins and pull buoys are ours. A swimsuit or swim shirt, a cap, goggles and a towel come from home.
